Simi is one of California’s oldest wineries. Synonymous with Alexander Valley, Simi was one of the only wineries to make and cellar wines for the 15 years that Prohibition lasted. Most of the vineyard property was sold during this time to save the winery. However, when prohibition ended, Simi was ready with a large supply of perfectly cellared wine to sell.
