Limoncello Martini

The staff at Vinny Vanucchi's recommends pairing Salmon Piccata with a Classic Limoncello Martini. Served icy cold, this simple, yet delicious martini is incredible to enjoy while dining in Vinny's Cappuccino Garden on a hot summer day. Featured ingredient is Limoncello, a traditional lemon-flavored liqueur produced in Southern Italy.

LIMONCELLO MARTINI
With a taste reminiscent of Lemon Ice sold on the street corner in the Old Neighborhood, this martini is bright yellow in color, sweet and lemony. Since Limoncello does not contain lemon juice, rather is made from steeping the rinds of the lemon, this drink is not a bit sour.
