Vinny Vanucchi’s 'Little Italy' offers a variety of private and semi-private dining spaces ideal for rehearsal dinners, wedding celebrations, family reunions, anniversary parties, and corporate events.

Private dining room availability is based upon group size, date, and availability. Certain rooms may require a private room fee depending upon room selection, day of the week, and seasonal demand.

Our event team will work closely with you to recommend the best space for your group and assist you throughout the planning process.

Group Dining Policies:


Reservation Deposit

  • $500 reservation deposit is required to secure all group dining events and private dining room reservations.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the final event balance.
  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Guest Count

  • Final menu selections, room requirements, and guaranteed guest count must be submitted by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
  • The guaranteed guest count submitted by email becomes the minimum number of guests billed regardless of actual attendance.
  • Any guests above the guaranteed guest count will be added to the final bill.

Payment Policy

  • One master check only. Separate checks are not available for family-style dining events.

Tax & Gratuity

  • A 22% service charge plus applicable Illinois sales tax (currently 9.25%) will be added to all group dining events.
  • All credit card and debit cards payments are processed through our secure credit card processor. A processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
  • No fee for cash or bank drafts.
  • Children ages 8 and under receive 50% off all family-style dining package pricing.

Room Access & Set-Up

  • Because multiple events may be scheduled throughout the day, early access to private dining rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Decorations

  • Glitter, confetti, rice, sparklers, open flames, and similar materials are not permitted.

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days prior: Full deposit refund
  • 31–60 days prior: 50% deposit refund
  • 30 days or less prior: Deposit is non-refundable
